Experience

My journey as a NLP practitioner since 2006, and certified coach since 2008 has been life changing for myself - a fantastic odyssey of self-discovery and empowerment.  With 25 years of international work experience, I’ve acquired a solid understanding of human nature and cultural dynamics, as well as strong business acumen. I continued my professional development through trainings in talent assessment and outplacement and reinforced my coaching skills by getting trained in the IKIGAI Box®. Last but not least I became certified in Strategic Numerology® at ENDS.

Why coaching?

I have been looking for the meaning of life  since I was a child...When I was 18 I discovered the Chinese culture. My Chinese teacher gave me a Chinese Name - 康佳颖, Kāng Jiā Yǐng which could be translated into "Bearer of Good News". The path was set...I moved to China, digged more into the Chinese Philosophy and mindset.  Then I found coaching  or coaching found me ...
